I searched for process to deactivate EXCEL POWER in BSNL. As I didn't get a reliable result, I am writing this. Hope this will be helpful for you.
Deactivating is very simple, no need to call anyone. just message EXCELP Stop to 53738. and you are done, your excel power scheme is deactivated. And I believe the call rates as of now in this scheme, no one will activate again.

ReplyDeleteit will work. I tried this again.May be, this is not supported in your circle. So try sending Excelp to 53733. It might help
